Incredible vintage 80s green mermaid prom sleeveless dress. Has ruffled neckline, tiered skirt, one arm strap with big 3d flowers and big bow with a flower at the back. The bodice has boning. Fastens with double zip at the back. Made from thick satin fabric with taffeta ruffles and is fully lined. The dress would not zip up on the mannequin.
